Our trainers are seasoned practitioners in interpersonal communication and leadership. Certified in NLP and communication, they bring 10–15 years of experience coaching consultants, managers and project leaders. Experts in communicating and convincing, they regularly support organisations to increase message impact, boost cohesion and develop influence skills.

Day 1 — Communication Fundamentals & Professional Posture
1. Understand your role and adopt the right professional posture
- Consultant, manager, project manager: similarities & specifics
- Listening, support and leadership posture
- Build credibility & establish trust

Learning goal: Position yourself according to your role to foster collaboration and influence.

Workshop: Case study — Identify the ideal posture in various contexts.
2. Master communication fundamentals
- Verbal & non-verbal communication
- Perception biases and common obstacles
- Adapting to different communication styles
- Managing personal image and relational impact

Learning goal: Master the basics to adapt effectively to your counterparts.

Workshop: Decode body language & analyse real interactions.
3. Understand and qualify stakeholder needs
- Active listening & reformulation
- Strategic questioning (explicit/implicit needs)
- Structuring & prioritising information gathered
- Tools to capture expectations of clients, teams, organisations

Learning goal: Analyse and qualify requests to propose sound solutions.

Workshop: Role-play — Discovery interview to clarify needs.
Day 2 — Advanced Techniques & Practice
4. Convince and persuade
- Convincing vs persuading
- Influence & persuasion techniques
- Tailoring your message to the audience profile
- Handling objections & difficult situations

Learning goal: Develop influence to mobilise, unite and convince.

Workshop: Simulation — Defend an idea before a demanding stakeholder.
5. Deliver a powerful presentation
- Structure a talk that captures and holds attention
- Use relevant, impactful visuals
- Manage stage fright & adopt a confident speaker posture
- Interact effectively with the audience

Learning goal: Design and deliver clear, engaging and memorable presentations.

Workshop: Individual presentation with debrief & coaching.
6. Run effective meetings
- Prepare & frame meetings with clear objectives
- Boost participation and decision-making
- Manage tensions & disagreements
- Close with a clear, shared action plan

Learning goal: Lead productive, motivating meetings — even in complex contexts.

Workshop: Scenario — Facilitate a meeting with divergent expectations.
