Master Information Systems (IS): understand, scope, and manage your IT projects
Build a clear picture of your organization's IS to communicate effectively with IT, scope your requirements, and manage your IS projects with confidence.

4.8/ 5
Learn how information systems actually work, identify the right stakeholders (IT department, business owner, technical owner, CISO), and formulate clear requirements that technical teams can act on. This training gives you the essential reference points to scope, secure, and manage an IS project without being a developer.
You'll leave with a concrete method for writing a requirements statement, factoring in security and compliance from the outset, and building a management plan tailored to an IS project, from scoping through to go-live.

Learning objectives
By the end of this training, you will be able to:
- ✅ Understand the components and architecture of an information system
- ✅ Identify the roles and responsibilities of IS stakeholders (IT department, business/technical owner, CISO)
- ✅ Write a clear requirements statement and functional specifications
- ✅ Factor security, data, and compliance (GDPR) into an IS project
- ✅ Manage an IS project day to day: milestones, testing, change management
- ✅ Communicate effectively with technical teams without being a developer yourself
Trainers
Our trainers are consultants and former IS project leaders with 10–15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT governance, and project management on both the business and technical sides. They combine technical fluency with accessible teaching for a concrete, immediately applicable learning experience for non-developer profiles.

Finally an IS training that speaks to project managers, not just developers. Very concrete.
