- Project team: roles, communication, team dynamics

Day 2 – Execution, Monitoring & Closure

- Monitoring & risk management: indicators, risks
- Quality & testing: acceptance, client feedback
- Closure: final report, documentation
- Evaluation: quizzes, real-life scenarios
