- Understanding your audience's needs: questioning techniques, reformulation, empathy
- Adapting your message: verbal/non-verbal language, assertiveness

Day 2 – Speaking Techniques & Oral Leadership
- Convincing and persuading: storytelling, speech structure, influence techniques
- Delivering impactful presentations: managing stress, voice, posture, eye contact, visual aids
- Public speaking practice: live exercises and real-time feedback
- Leading meetings: time management, interaction handling, conflict resolution
- Managing difficult situations: objections, quick thinking, emotional intelligence
- Wrap-up and personal action plan: summary and roadmap
