Training Program
Day 1 – Getting Started with Luckiwi & Kanban Project Management
- Introduction to Luckiwi: background, use cases, Atlassian ecosystem positioning
- Agile fundamentals: recap on Scrum, Kanban, backlog, user stories
- Exploring the Luckiwi interface: project management, workspaces, and tickets
- Hands-on: creating, updating, and organizing tickets
- Managing a Kanban project: board creation, WIP limits, flow monitoring
- Exercise: Translating a case study project from physical to digital board
Set up a first Kanban project in Luckiwi with complete board configuration.
Day 2 – Scrum Project Management & Advanced Monitoring with Luckiwi
- Scrum with Luckiwi: managing product backlog, defining epics and user stories
- Sprint planning: estimation, prioritization, and launch
- Delivery and monitoring: tracking stories, velocity, and quality management
- Creating custom dashboards: project KPIs, velocity, collaborative views
- Exercise: Project tracking and agile reporting
- Bug tracking and versioning: bug lifecycle, releases, prioritization
- Team management with Luckiwi: workload tracking, visualizing team activity
