- Fundamentals of functional needs analysis: requirements gathering, process mapping
- Implement a value analysis approach: prioritization, ROI, trade-offs
- Align IS projects with business objectives: governance, project portfolio, value-based management
Build a strategic alignment matrix and define key tracking indicators.
Day 2 – IS Governance, Risks, and Performance
- Evaluate IT governance methods and tools: ITIL, COBIT, IS urbanization, best practices
- Measure IS costs: TCO, budgets, financial indicators
- Identify and analyze IS threats and risks: cybersecurity, dependencies, business continuity
- Monitor IS performance: dashboards, KPIs, digital transformation management
- Case study or feedback session: analysis of an IS strategic plan or master plan
- Debrief & action plan: applying concepts, next steps, practical implementation
Build an IS performance dashboard and analyze a real-world IS master plan case.
